Lemoine’s Disaster Recovery team performed rehabilitation, reconstruction, and new construction of single-family and multi-family residential structures in compliance with local, Federal, and State statutory requirements for the 2015 and 2016 Texas flood events and Hurricane Harvey.

The scope of work for a reconstruction and new construction assignment includes, but was not limited to: coordination with the property owner, obtaining all necessary state and local permits, utility disconnection, demolition, debris removal, providing architectural house plan renderings, site preparation, construction of a 2/3/4 bedroom home.

The work completed met all local and state cones and standards as well as the Green Standard, complaining with all ADA requirements with HUD exceptions, and conduction all close-outs for each project.

The anticipated homes to be completed during the duration of the contract is 350 homes for reconstruction and 30 rehabilitations
