Extensive experience

Our disaster recovery team members have over 40 years of combined CDBG-DR experience - with experience with CDBG-DR programs at both the state and local levels across the United States.

LEMOINE's CDBG-DR team has an extensive background managing HUD entitlement grants for many of the largest disasters including hurricanes Ida, Laura, Michael, Irma, and Harvey, and the Louisiana floods of 2016.

This experience includes serving in senior leadership roles for management and/or closeout of complex CDBG-DR projects in each of these disasters.
