LEMOINE Disaster Recovery, L.L.C. was selected to be a Construction Manger under the R3 Program in Puerto Rico following the destruction of Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
LEMOINE was selected for their expertise, experience, and knowledge in the areas of design, construction, and contract administration. As a Construction Manager in the R3 Program LEMOINE functioning as General Contractor will coordinate design, permitting, demolition, abatement, repair, and construction of new single-family housing stock.
The overall goal of the program is returning displaced households, reconstruction housing to higher resilience standards, revitalizing weak and aging housing stock and moving households out of unsafe conditions. The R3 program is for Repairs, Reconstructions, or Relocations with CDBG-DR funds.
